Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Miracle Whip or Miracle Whip light dressing
- 1 tablespoon dried rosemary
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon seasoned salt
- 1 tablespoon water
- 2 lbs. sm. red potatoes, quartered
Preparation
Step 1
Mix dressing, seasonings and water in large bowl. Add potatoes; toss to coat. Place potatoes on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 400, 30 to 40 minutes or until golden brown, stirring after 15 minutes.
Note: Substitute dried oregano leaves for fried rosemary, if desired.
