Ingredients
- Meatballs:
- 4 lbs. hamburger
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 2/3 cup milk
- 1 Tablespoon mustard
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- Salt and pepper
- 4 cups bread crumbs
- Sauce:
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons ginger
- 1 teaspoons salt
- 2 cups pineapple juice
- 1 cup vinegar
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup cornstarch
Preparation
Step 1
Mix all meatball ingredients. Shape into 1-inch balls and bake 350 to 375 degrees, 15 to 20 minutes.
Mix all sauce ingredients in pot and cook till thick. Pour over meatballs. Place into crockpot to serve warm.
