Ingredients

6 c thick apple sauce
3 2/3 c sugar
1 1/2 T vinegar
1 T cinnamon
1/2 t salt

Preparation

Step 1

Cook applies until mush. Mix all ingredients together and put in heavy pan. Bake 1 1/2 hours at 325. Stir every 25 minutes. Stir in fridge for up to 6 months.
