Ingredients

  • DRESSING:
  • 3-4 boneless chicken breasts, boiled in water and cubed
  • 1-2 rainbow twirls, cooked, drained, and cooled
  • 1 cup cubed cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup diced celery
  • 1 small can olives
  • 1/2 cup chopped green onions
  • 1 1/2 -2 cups broccoli, cut into small pieces
  • 1 cucumber, peeled and cut into small piece
  • 2 cups mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp. mustard
  • 2 tblsp. catsup
  • 1 tblsp. Hidden Valley Dressing Mix
  • A little milk to thin dressing

Preparation

Step 1

Combine mayonnaise, mustard, catsup, dressing mix and milk, stir until smooth. Fold mixture carefully over rest of ingredients. (looks like a lot of dressing, but pasta really absorbs it). Good hot or cold
