Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons Rice Vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Fresh Ginger -- minced
- 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
- 1 teaspoon Sugar
- 2 teaspoons Hoisin Sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 4 cups Iceberg Lettuce -- shredded
- 3 cups Boneless Chicken -- shredded
- 1 1/2 cups Bean Sprouts
- 1/2 cup Green Onions -- chopped
- 2 tablespoons Cashews -- chopped
- 11 ounces Mandarin Oranges -- drained

Step 1
1. Combine rice vinegar, ginger, soy sauce, sugar, hoisin and salt in small bowl; stir with whisk.
2. Combine lettuce, chicken, sprouts, green onions, cashews and oranges in large salad bowl. Drizzle dressing overtop and toss to combine.
