    tablespoons Rice Vinegar

  • 1

    tablespoon Fresh Ginger -- minced

  • 1

    tablespoon Soy Sauce

  • 1

    teaspoon Sugar

  • 2

    teaspoons Hoisin Sauce

  • ½

    teaspoon Salt

  • 4

    cups Iceberg Lettuce -- shredded

  • 3

    cups Boneless Chicken -- shredded

  • cups Bean Sprouts

  • ½

    cup Green Onions -- chopped

  • 2

    tablespoons Cashews -- chopped

  • 11

    ounces Mandarin Oranges -- drained

Directions

1. Combine rice vinegar, ginger, soy sauce, sugar, hoisin and salt in small bowl; stir with whisk. 2. Combine lettuce, chicken, sprouts, green onions, cashews and oranges in large salad bowl. Drizzle dressing overtop and toss to combine.
