Ingredients
- 1 lb. lean ground beef
- 1 can (1 lb. 2 1/2 oz.) creamy potato with bacon and cheese soup
- 1 c. milk
- 1/4 c. sharp process cheese spread with bacon
- 1/4 c. shredded prepared cheese product
- chopped tomato, if desired
- sli8ced green onions, if desired
Preparation
Step 1
1. In 2-qt. saucepan, cook beef over medium heat until thoroughly cooked; drain.
2. Add soup and milk, mix well. Heat to boiling. Reduce heat to low. Add cheese spread; cook and stir until cheese spread is melted. Top individual servings with shredded cheese, tomato and onions.
