Ingredients
- 4 skinless boneless chicken breast halves
- 8 pieces of bacon
- 2 (10 oz.) cans of cream of chicken soup
- 16 oz. sour cream
Preparation
Step 1
Mix in a bowl, cream of chicken soup and sour cream. Set aside.
Wrap 1 raw chicken breast with 2 pieces of raw bacon. Continue to do this 3 more times and place in a 9x13 baking dish.
Pour soup and sour cream mix on top of bacon wrapped chicken. Make sure to spread mixture all over the chicken with a spatula.
Bake uncovered at 400 degrees for 1 hour.
Best served with baked or mashed potatoes, use leftover cream sauce to pour over the potato of your choice.
