Ingredients
- 1 box angel food cake mix( I use Betty Crocker)
- 2 cans lemon pie filling (the recipe originally called for only 1 can) Two cans is 42 ounces.
Preparation
Step 1
Bake according to cake mix directions. Will probably take 25-30 minutes to bake.
Cool on wire rack and sprinkle with powered sugar. It has a melt in your mouth spongy texture.
