Grilled Steak with Caper Sauce

Ingredients

  • 2 C chopped flat leaf parsley
  • 1/2 C olive oil
  • 1/4 C chopped capers
  • 2 T red wine vinegar
  • 1 chopped clove garlic
  • Kosher salt & pepper
  • 3 strip steaks

Preparation

Step 1

In med. bowl mix parsley, oil, capers, vinegar, garlic, 1 t salt & pepper
Heat grill to med-hi. Season steaks with 2 t salt & pepper. Grill, turning once, 5-7 min per side for med rare. Let rest 5 min before slicing. Serve with caper sauce
