Ingredients
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1 tablespoon sour cream
- 1 teaspoon white wine vinegar
- 1 cup peeled, seeded and chopped cucumber
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill
- Salt and white pepper to taste
Preparation
Step 1
Whisk together all ingredients until blended. Refrigerate before using on cool, blanched vegetables, lettuce salads or sliced tomatoes. Makes 1 1/2 cups.
