Ingredients
- 9 to 12 medium carrots (about 1-1 1/2 pds)
- 4 tbsp butter or margarine
- 1 to 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
Preparation
Step 1
Peel and cut carrots in half lengthwise. Boil in salted water until tender; drain well. Melt butter in a skillet; add lemon juice and brown sugar and stir until thickened. Add carrots; stir until glazed and heat thoroughly.
