Ingredients

  • 1 package Frozen Spinach
  • 1 can Quartered Artichokes
  • 1/2 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 3/4 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup Sour Cream
  • 4 Cloves Minced Garlic
  • 8 oz. shredded Mozzarella Cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Defrost spinach and squeeze dry. Combine ingredients.
Spread evenly in a 9x9 pan.

Bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes, or until edges begin to turn golden.

Serve with crackers or sliced crusty bread.
