Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup margarine, melted
  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 3/4 cup nuts, chopped
  • 1 package 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 cartons 4 oz. each Cool Whip
  • 2 small boxes instant lemon pudding
  • 3 cups milk

Preparation

Step 1

CRUST: ¾ cup melted margarine, 1 ½ cups flour, ¾ cup chopped nuts. Mix and press into 9x13 pan. Bake at 350* for 30 minutes.
FIRST LAYER: combine cream cheese and 1 carton cool whip, add 1 cup powdered sugar. Spread on cooled crust. Chill.
SECOND LAYER: Mix pudding with 3 cups milk, pour over first layer. Chill.
THIRD LAYER: spread a carton of cool whip over pudding, sprinkle with nuts. Chill.
Can freeze if you are going to serve the next day. Also, you can use any flavor pudding you want.
