Freezer Strawberry Jam

Ingredients

• 4 lbs. fresh strawberries, washed, hulled and cut up
• 1 1/2 cups sugar
• 1-11 oz. package Ball brand simple creations no cook freezer jam fruit pectin

Preparation

Step 1

Stir sugar and contents of package of freezer jam pectin in bowl until well blended.
Crush strawberries with potato masher. ( should have 4 cups when crushed).
Add into sugar mixture. Stir for 3 minutes. Ladle into clean jars or freezer containers to fill line. Let stand 30 minutes or until thickened. Freeze.
Keeps in fridge for 3 weeks or freeze for up to 1 year.
Makes 4-8oz. portions
