Ingredients
- • 4 tablespoons of butter
- • 4 slices of bayonne ham cut
- • ½ cup of 35% cream
- • Grated nutmeg
- • Little safran (optional)
- • Grated parmesan to taste (1 cup)
- • 1 lb. tagliatelli
Preparation
Step 1
Cook the pasta in salted boiling water. In a casserole, melt the butter and add the ham for a few minutes. Add cream and bring to a boil. Season with nutmeg and safran. Add half of the cheese. Pour the cooked pasta in the casserole and mix well. Serve in a warm serving plate with the remaining cheese.
