BAYONNE TAGLIATELLI (Desgagnes)

Ingredients

  • • 4 tablespoons of butter
  • • 4 slices of bayonne ham cut
  • • ½ cup of 35% cream
  • • Grated nutmeg
  • • Little safran (optional)
  • • Grated parmesan to taste (1 cup)
  • • 1 lb. tagliatelli

Preparation

Step 1

Cook the pasta in salted boiling water. In a casserole, melt the butter and add the ham for a few minutes. Add cream and bring to a boil. Season with nutmeg and safran. Add half of the cheese. Pour the cooked pasta in the casserole and mix well. Serve in a warm serving plate with the remaining cheese.
