  • 1 can fresh Corn
  • ½ cup Tomatoes - chopped and drained
  • ½ cup White Onion - chopped
  • ¼ cup Fresh Cilantro - chopped
  • 1 - 15 oz can Black Beans
  • 2 tbsp Lime Juice
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 fresh Jalapeno Pepper - finely chopped, no seeds
  • 1 clove Garlic - minced
  • ¼ tsp Pepper
  • 1 tsp Cumin
