Ingredients

  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 3 cups self rising flour
  • 1 teasp vanilla
  • 1 cup fresh coconut

Preparation

Step 1

Cream together sugar and butter until fluffy then add other ingredients except coconut.
Bake 350* for 35-40 minutes
Let cool and frost. then sprinkle fresh coconut on top and sides.

Icing:
1 - 8oz pkg cream cheese, softened
1 box confectioner's sugar
1 - 8oz cool whip
