Orange Zested Chicken

  • salt and pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 tablespoons butter or margarine
  • grated orange zest of one orange
  • 4 about 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts (1 lb)

Preparation

Step 1

In 10-inch nonstick skillet, heat butter and half of the orange zest over medium heat until butter is melted. Add chicken; sprinkle with salt, pepper,1/4 tsp of garlic powder and the rest of the orange zest.

Turn halfway through and sprinkle salt, pepper, 1/4 tsp garlic powder on the chicken. Cook until no longer pink in the middle.
