Ingredients

1 loaf thinly sliced white bread
butter, softened

Preparation

Step 1

Roll bread flat, lightly butter 1 side.

Cut into 1 1/4" rounds (no crust).

Place in miniature muffin tins with butter side up.

Bake at 325 degrees, 10-15 minutes

Remove from tins and cool.

Fill with spreads such as chicken salad.
