Ingredients
- 12 Large Button Mushrooms1
- 1/2 cup Cream Cheese, at room temperature
- 3/4 cup Crabmeat,
- 1 Chopped Sweet Onion
- 1 cup Shredded Colby Jack Cheese
- 1/3 cup melted Butter
- 1/2 tsp Garlic Salt

Step 1
Preheat your oven to 350 F. Remove stems from mushrooms. In a medium bowl, combine softened cream cheese, crabmeat, sweet onion, and garlic salt. Mix well. Place a large spoonful of filling in each mushroom cap. Pour butter over caps and top with the shredded cheese. Bake for 30 minutes or until cheese is melted.
