Ingredients
- fresh tomatoes, chopped - large spoon
- extra virgin olive oil
- garlic, finely chopped
- mozzarella cheese, buffalo - cubed
- fresh basil, torn - chopped
- fresh parsley, finely chopped
- sea salt, to taste
- black pepper, to taste
- Greek Olives, finely chopped
- Parmesan cheese, freshly grated
- cooked pasta
Preparation
Step 1
This recipe is not cooked.
In a large bowl add a large spoonful of fresh tomatoes, olive oil, garlic, buffalo mozzarella cubed, fresh basil, fresh parsley, Greek olives, pinch of salt and pepper.
Toss with hot pasta and fresh Parmesan cheese.
