Ingredients
- 4 C Chicken Broth
- 4 C Water
- 1 C Quick Cooking Barley
- 1 tsp Paprika
- 1/2 tsp Onion Salt
- 2 Cans (19oz) Cannellini
- Beans rinse & drain
- [12 OZ Fully cooked
- Italian Seasoned
- Chicken Sausage, cut into
- 1/2 inch coins]
- 10 OZ Frozen Mixed Veges
- 1 Medium Tomato-Chopped
Preparation
Step 1
In a large pot,
mix broth, water, Barley, Paprika
& onion salt. Cover bring to a boil.
Reduce heat to a simmer covered for
10 minutes.
Mash 1 can of beans, add to pot.
Add the unmashed can of beans,
sausage, veges, & tomato.
Cook 3-4 more minutes covered.
Stir occasionally, until all
are heated through.
Serve immediately.
