Ingredients
- 1 (750 ml) bottle dry white or rose wine
- 1/4 c. light rum
- 1/4 c. granulated sugar
- 1 lemon, thinly sliced
- 2 c. sliced fresh strawberries
- 1 1/2 c. seltzer
Preparation
Step 1
Combine the wine, rum, and sugar in a pitcher; stir to dissolve the sugar. Add the sliced lemon. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Add the sliced strawberries. Refrigerate for an additional 30 minutes.
Add the seltzer just before serving.
