Ingredients
- 1 pkg Dry Yeast (2 tsp)
- 1 1/3 cup Warm Water
- 3 Tbsp Sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp Salt
- 2 Tbsp Oil
- 3 cups Flour
Preparation
Step 1
Dissolve yeast in warm water. Combine liquids and sugar. Then add salt and flour; mix well. Let raise for 30 minutes. Flour hands; pinch off dough and spread like a scone. Fry in hot fat until lightly browned on both sides. You may put leftover dough in the refridgerator for tomorrow. When you want to fry more, just let dough rise again.
