Blueberry Peach Muffins

Ingredients
- 2 cups flour
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 1/2 t - baking soda
- 1 container peach yogurt
- 1 egg
- 2 egg whites
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/4 cup margarine, melted
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1/2 cup granola, crushed

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven 350. Line muffin tin with paper baking cups.
In large bowl, sift together the flour, sugar, baking soda and salt.
In another bowl, whisk together the yogurt, water, melted margarine, egg, and egg whites. Stir in flour mixture just until moistened. Gently fold in blueberries.
Divide evenly into muffin tin. Sprinkle top with granola mix.
Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
