Pie Crust

Ingredients

  • 1 1/3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup butter flavored shortening
  • 4 - 6 tbsp cold water

Preparation

Step 1

Mix flour and salt; blend in shortening with pastry blender until crumbly. Add water, 1 tbsp at a time; stir with fork until mixture forms into a ball. Roll out on lightly floured board. Put in pie plate; crimp edges.
