- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 2 cans pumpin puree (15 oz. each)
- 6 c. chicken broth
- 1 c. milk
- 1 Tbsp. pepper
- 1 (15 oz.) can corn, drained
- 2 c. cooked potato, cubed
- 1/2 c. macaroni noodles, cooked and drained
- 2 c. smoked sausage, sliced (9 oz. pkg.)

Step 1
In a large sauce pan, saute the butter and onion until soft. Add the pumpkin, chicken broth, milk, and pepper. Slowly heat until it starts to boil. Turn down the heat to low.
Add the corn, potato, noodles, and sausage and heat through.
