Ingredients
- 1 - 8 oz cream cheese, room temperature
- 1/2 pkg frozen chopped spinach, thawed
- 1/4 cup chopped onion (i fry it)
- 1/4 - 1/2 cup roasted sweet red pepper (or sauted red pepper with onions)
- 1 - 1 1/2 cup cooked chicken breast (with boulion cube, boiled)
Preparation
Step 1
line bowl with clear wrap
stir cream cheese until softened. add peppers, onions and spinach
spread half mixture into bowl to line
add chicken to balance in food processor
salt and pepper to taste
chill 6 hours minimum
