Ingredients
- 1 green pepper - finely chopped
- 1 red pepper - finely chopped
- 1 red onion - finely chopped
- 3 garlic cloves (or more) - finely chopped
- 1 x475 ml Catalina Low Cal dressing
- 1 x19 oz can black beans - drained and rinsed
- 1 x19 oz can kidney beans - drained and rinsed
- 1 c of Tex Mex shredded cheese
Preparation
Step 1
Mix all the ingredients together. Best made the night before so the flavours blend. Store covered in the refrigerator.
Serve with scoops/baked scoop/ blue nacho corn chips.
