Ingredients
- 1 can high-quality tuna, packed in oil (oil reserved)
- minced garlic
- finely chopped parsley
- lemon zest
- dried crushed red pepper
- spaghetti
- toasted breadcrumbs
Preparation
Step 1
Open tuna, drain, and heat the reserved oil in skillet over medium heat. Mix in garlic, parsley, and lemon zest. Add tuna, gently breaking it up, and add a pinch of dried crushed red pepper. Toss the tuna with al dente spaghetti and enough pasta cooking liquid to moisten. Top with toasted breadcrumbs and herbs.
