  • 18 Rhodes AnyTime!™ Cinnamon Rolls, thawed but still cold (Rhodes regular
  • Cinnamon rolls work also)
  • 3 to 4 Granny Smith apples, peeled and diced
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • ½ cup graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup pecans, chopped
  • 2 packets cream cheese frosting (included with rolls)
  • 1/3 cup caramel ice cream topping

Step 1

Cut each cinnamon roll into 4 pieces and arrange in the bottom of a 12-inch Dutch oven which has been lined with aluminum foil and sprayed with non-stick cooking spray. Place apple pieces on top of cinnamon rolls. In a medium bowl combine brown sugar, graham cracker crumbs, cinnamon, and pecans. Sprinkle evenly over apples. Cover and bake at 350 degrees (14 to 16 briquettes on top and 8 to 10 on bottom) for 25 to 30 minutes or until rolls are done. Be sure and rotate the Dutch oven at least twice during baking time. For icing, combine cream cheese frosting with caramel topping. Drizzle over top of cinnamon roll/apple bake while still warm. Great as either a breakfast bread or a dessert!
