Ingredients
- 1-8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 c butter
- 1 c self-rising flour
Preparation
Step 1
Beat cream cheese and butter at medium speed with an electric mixer 2 minutes or until creamy. Gradually add flour, beating a low speed just until blended. Spoon dough into ungreased mini muffin pans, filling full. Bake at 400 for 15 to 17 minutes or until golden. Serve hot.
