Ingredients
- Two loaves frozen bread or 24 rolls
- 1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding
- 1/2 cup margarine
- 3/4 c. brown sugar
- 3/4 t. cinnamon
- more nuts.
Preparation
Step 1
Thaw two loaves frozen bread or 24 rolls, cut into pieces and place in greased bundt pan( put pecan pieces in bottom of pan before bread). Sprinkle one package instant vanilla pudding over bread. Cook 1/2 cup margarine, 3/4 c. brown sugar, 3/4 t. cinnamon, mix in more nuts. Pour over bread. Cover tightly with saran wrap and let sit over counter over night, next morning bake with foil for 30 min. at 350 deg. Uncover and bake 10-15 min more.
