Rocky Road Fudge

Ingredients

  • 12 oz. Chocolate Chips
  • 1 C. Crunchy Peanut Butter
  • 2 C. Mini Marshmallows

Preparation

Step 1

Melt the chocolate chips in a double boiler or heavy saucepan and stir in the peanut butter until blended. Remove from the heat and fold in the marshmallows. Spread the mixture into a 9- x 13-inch greased baking pan. Cover and chill until the candy firms up (about 10 to 15 minutes). Cut into 1 1/2-inch squares.
