  • 2 oz blue cheese crumbled
  • 1 ripe pear, cut into chunks
  • 1 T Dijon mustard
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 1/4 cup fruit vinegar
  • 1 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
