Ingredients

  • 2 Egg Whites
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 C. Sugar
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla
  • 1 C. Chocolate Chips, melted & cooled
  • 1.5 C. Coconut

Preparation

Step 1

1. Beat egg whites & salt to a soft peak
2. Add sugar gradually. Beat until very stiff. Add vanilla
3. Add cooled chocolate & coconut, blend
4. Drop by teaspoon to greased sheet
5. Bake at 300` for 20 to 25 minutes
