- 1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger
- 1 tablespoon juice from 1 lemon
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes

Step 1
Heat butter in small heavy-bottomed saucepan over medium heat; cook, swirling pan constantly, until butter turns dark golden brown and has nutty aroma, 4 to 5 minutes. Add tomato, ginger, lemon juice, and pepper flakes; cook, stirring constantly, until fragrant, about 1 minute. Season to taste with salt. Cover to keep warm.
