Southwest Hash Browns

Ingredients

  • 1 - 2 lb pkg shredded frozen hash browns (or 2 large Idaho potatoes, cooked and shredded)
  • 3 Tbls butter
  • 2 tsp. Penzeys Taco Seasoning
  • 1-2 tsp salt, to taste
  • 1/4 - 1/2 tsp freshly ground pepper, to taste

Preparation

Step 1

In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add the potatoes. As potatoes begin to brown, toss with taco seasoning, salt and pepper. Cook until potatoes are golden brown, about 10 mins.
