- ham hocks or smoked turkey neck

Step 1
Boil ham hock or smoked turkey neck, garlic salt or garlic powder, salt and pepper for an hour until tender. Put collard greens in pot for 1 1/2 or until tender. Pull meat off of the bone and add to collard greens cooking an additional 1/2 hr or until tender. Drain
