Ingredients
- 1 9 inch unbaked pie shell (deep dish)
- 1 4 oz package German sweet chocolate
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 12 oz evaporated milk
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 3 TBSP cornstarch
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 1/2 cups coconut
- 1 cup chopped pecans

Preparation
Step 1
Melt chocolate & butter over low heat. REmove from heat & blend in milk. Set aside. Mix sugar cornstarch & salt together. Beat in eggs and vanilla. Blend in chocolate mixture. Pour into pie shell. Colmbine nuts & pecans. Sprinkle on top. Bake at 375 for 45 minutes.
