Sweet Lassi

An indian style yogurt drink.Perfect for hot days or after meals.

Ingredients

  • 250 gms yogurt (dahi)
  • 1/2 glass water
  • 1 tsp rose syrup (optional)
  • 1 tbsp dry fruits
  • 2-4 ice cubes
  • Sugar to taste

Preparation

Step 1

1. First take a jug, pour yogurt & add sugar to it.

2. Mix yogurt & sugar in a blender.

3. Do not over mix it, let it be a thick mixture, then add small amount of
water about 1/2 glass see that lassi doesn’t become dilute & the ratio
of water should be 1/4 that curd.

4. Garnish with cashew nuts, pistachio, almond along with few ice cubes
(you can also put some rose syrup on top of it for garnish.)

5. Serve chilled.
