Swiss Bites

Ingredients

  • 2 pkg. biscuits
  • 3 cups shredded Swiss cheese
  • 2 cups mayonnaise
  • 2 T. minced onion
  • Paprika to taste

Preparation

Step 1

Bake biscuits according to package directions. Cool and split. Mix cheese, mayonnaise and onion. Spread on biscuit halves and sprinkle with paprika. Broil until hot and bubbly. Serve.

Note: These may be frozen ahead, thawed and broiled.
