Ingredients
- Boneless chicken breast or strips
- 4 Tbsp soy sauce
- 3/4 cup ketchup
- 3/4 cup water
- 2 Tbsp vinegar
- 1/2 or 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 diced onion
- dash of seasoned salt

Preparation
Step 1
Cut up chicken. Place chicken in shallow pan. Pour sauce over it. Bake uncovered 1 to 1 1/2 hours. Baste occasionally. (Hint: Marinate in sauce overnight.)
