Ingredients

  • Boneless chicken breast or strips

  • 4

    Tbsp soy sauce

  • ¾

    cup ketchup

  • ¾

    cup water

  • 2

    Tbsp vinegar

  • ½

    or ¾ cup brown sugar

  • 1

    diced onion

  • dash of seasoned salt

Directions

Cut up chicken. Place chicken in shallow pan. Pour sauce over it. Bake uncovered 1 to 1 1/2 hours. Baste occasionally. (Hint: Marinate in sauce overnight.) Cyndy (from Mrs. Paulin)
