  • salted pumpkin seeds
  • dried cranberries or goji berries
  • 1 small can salmon
  • mild banana pepper rings
  • slice carrots
  • slice celery
  • slice red onion
  • 2 TB oil mixed with dill, basil, oregano, pepper, salt
  • optional can lima beans
  • optional shredded italian cheese or feta
