Ingredients
- 2 basa fillets
- 3 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 lemon, thinly sliced
- Salt and pepper to season
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Preparation
Step 1
Pre-heat the oven to 400 degrees.
Place fish fillets in a 9 x 13 baking dish and season with salt and pepper.
Combine melted butter with the garlic and baste each basa fillet with the mixture.
Top baking dish with aluminum foil and place in the center rack of the oven for 15 minutes, until flaky.
