Crescent Egg Casserole With Ham
Great casserole for breakfast or any time
- 1 8 oz pkg refrigerated crescent rolls
- 1/2 cup diced ham
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tblspoon green onions (tops chopped)
- 4 eggs
- 1/4 cup milk
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Spray 8 x 8 pan with non-stick spray.
Unroll crescent dough and cut off 1/4 of the dough and put aside (this dough will be used to make strips for the top of the casserole).
Pat the rest of the dough into the bottom and up the sides of the pan, sealing the perforations as you press down.
On top of the dough, place diced ham, cheese, and green onions.
Recipe can be prepared to this point and refrigerated.
In a bowl, mix eggs and milk. Pour over dough.
Take the reserved dough and cut into 6 long strips. Decoratively arrange the strips on top of casserole (diagonally).
Bake for 20 minutes or until knife inserted in center, comes out clean.
