Mock Devonshire Clotted Cream

Ingredients

  • 1 package (3 ounce) cream cheese
  • 1 cup heavy or whipping cream
  • 1 teaspoon powdered sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

Blend all ingredients in a blender or food processor until thick (food processor works best). Serve with preserves on warm scones. Keep refrigerated.
