Ingredients
- 2 beaten egg yolks
- 2 tbsp. soft butter
- 3 c. icing sugar
- 1/4 c. orange juice
- 2 - 3 tsp. grated orange rind
Preparation
Step 1
Stir beaten egg yolks into butter, add icing sugar and orange juice alternately. Stir until smooth after each addition. Pour over cake and let it run down the sides. Makes enough glaze for a tube cake.
